Arif is a seasoned real estate investor and landlord with a remarkable journey from immigrant tenant to successful property owner and manager. Arriving in Canada during his late teens, he set out on a path of determination and resilience that led to the acquisition and management of a diverse portfolio of rental properties.

At the age of 28, Arif embarked on his first venture into property ownership, transitioning from being a tenant to becoming a landlord by leasing out the basement in his house. This initial step marked the beginning of a successful career in managing real estate. Subsequently, he expanded his portfolio, acquiring and overseeing numerous properties ranging from single-family dwellings to mixed-use commercial spaces in the Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent regions.

Before dedicating himself full-time to his passion for real estate, Arif earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction from Concordia University. Armed with a solid educational foundation, he commenced on a decade-long tenure in the banking sector, where he honed his expertise across various domains, including personal and business banking, credit and loans, residential mortgages, and investment management.

Drawing from firsthand experiences as both a tenant and a landlord, Arif possesses a unique perspective on the intricacies of property management. He empathizes with the challenges faced by tenants while adeptly navigating the responsibilities and complexities inherent in landlordship. His innate ability to tackle challenges head-on and deliver superior solutions underscores his commitment to excellence in property management.
